Development Manager
Sienna Brancato serves as Development Manager at New Futures, bringing curiosity, warmth, and a deep belief in the power of education to her work. With experience in publishing, advising, and program management, she is committed to elevating student voices and supporting the mission through thoughtful storytelling and relationship building. She champions community and connection.
Before joining New Futures, Sienna served as Senior Program Manager for the Association for Academic Leaders at One Schoolhouse, where she supported educators across the country through programming, resource development, and community engagement. Her earlier roles in education association management, scholarly publishing, college essay advising, editing, and journalism have given her a multidisciplinary perspective she brings to the Development team.
A proud alumna of Georgetown University, Sienna earned both her B.A. and M.A. in English. Her academic work centers on gender, sexuality, and coming-of-age narratives, reflecting her long-standing interest in identity formation and the stories that shape us. She is passionate about student agency and believes deeply in the power of education to expand possibility.
Sienna brings intentionality, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to her work at New Futures, strengthening donor relationships and helping share the impact of the Scholars Program with clarity and purpose.
Outside of work, Sienna enjoys taekwondo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, reading, watching The Great British Baking Show, and listening to her favorite spoken word poets.
