For 25 years, New Futures has championed affordable, practical pathways to meaningful careers in the DC region. Our new strategic plan builds on that legacy, setting a bold course for the next five years. It reflects the collective vision of our Scholars, alumni, staff, board, and partners, and it positions New Futures to deepen our impact while remaining responsive to the needs of a changing workforce and community.
