Jasmine Froe

Assistant Director of Scholar Programs

Jasmine Froe serves Assistant Director of Scholar Programs at New Futures, bringing intention, empathy, and a lifelong passion for youth development to her leadership. With experience spanning education, advising, and nonprofit programming, she is dedicated to building strong relationships, empowering Scholars, and helping young people thrive through every stage of their journey.

Jasmine’s commitment to supporting young people has shaped every step of her career. From working as a teacher’s aide to launching a mentoring program for incarcerated youth, her path has been guided by a clear purpose: to help the next generation access opportunity, confidence, and support. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, grounding her work in a deep understanding of human development and motivation.

She brings extensive experience in higher education and career readiness, having served as an academic advisor at the University of Maryland Global Campus—where she also earned her Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Nonprofit Organizations. Jasmine also worked as a College & Career Program Coordinator at Genesys Works NCR, supporting high school seniors as they developed plans, skills, and resources for life after graduation.

At New Futures, Jasmine plays a key role in shaping Scholar programming and support. She specializes in relationship-building, curriculum development, and team leadership, guiding a dedicated group of advisors who work closely with Scholars throughout their educational and career journeys.

Jasmine’s leadership is rooted in care, clarity, and consistency. She believes deeply in meeting Scholars where they are, honoring their goals, and creating environments where they feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
