Elizabeth Ash serves as the Donor Engagement & Operations Manager at New Futures, bringing warmth, creativity, and decades of nonprofit experience to her work. With a background in arts, education, government, and community programs, she is dedicated to strengthening operations and building meaningful connections that advance New Futures’ mission.
Elizabeth works closely with the team to enhance operational systems, streamline processes, and ensure that donors and partners feel deeply connected to the work they make possible. Her approach blends strategy with heart and is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and thoughtful infrastructure are essential to sustainable impact.
Before joining New Futures, Elizabeth spent more than twenty years supporting organizations that enrich learning and community. She managed cultural exchange programs at the U.S. Department of State, led a neighborhood community center, and coordinated special events at The Washington Ballet. Across every role, she has championed access to education, arts, and opportunity for people of all ages.
Elizabeth holds degrees from Duke University and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, reflecting her lifelong engagement with creativity, curiosity, and service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Sparky, who accompanies her on many neighborhood adventures.
