Britta Burtis
Development Coordinator
Britta Burtis serves as the part-time Development Coordinator at New Futures, bringing over a decade of nonprofit experience and a genuine passion for the organization's mission. She is dedicated to supporting the development team's work in building the resources and relationships that make New Futures' impact possible.
A graduate of San Francisco State University, Britta studied International Relations, sparking an early interest in community-centered work that has stuck with her ever since.
Britta has spent more than ten years in the nonprofit world, serving in Coordinator and Business Development roles at organizations including Women's Microfinance Initiative, Soles4Souls and Corus International. Along the way, she has built a career around connecting people, programs, and resources to drive real impact.
Outside of work, Britta enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, traveling, and playing soccer.
